Overview
Adam runs Changemakers, an independent charity and social enterprise which enables young people aged 4-25 to make a positive and continuing contribution to society. Previously he was Head of Business Development at the career development and employability charity CRAC, and set up InsightPlus, a national accreditation scheme for work experience, as well as a number of initiatives with employers, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Royal Mail, and public sector agencies, such as the Department for Education and Skills and the Learning and Skills Council.
