Community Developers International Limited is addressing the problem of youth exclusion that disenables active youth participation in the socio-economic development of the United Kingdom because of identified skills gap.
The project involves a consortium of organisations working as partner members of the Community Developers International Limited on a £10 million rolling project. The organisations are: Catalyst Consulting (Business and Life Coaching), Erich Consulting (Financial Coaching) and InnoPlex Business Consulting (Business Development). The youths will not only be trained and coached to gain life skills as part of their inclusion on a mutually inclusive issues that will see them trained as business coaches, financial coaches and business managers over a period of 5 years, charged with newfound confidence and ambition and skilled up to develop new careers, but those they subsequently work with will then be enabled to develop in different aspects of their lives which add value.The aim is to make them employable, self employed business owners and thereby empower them to empower their community not only during a time of intervention and support but on an ongoing basis.
The beneficiaries are excluded youths, members of the community, the government of the United Kingdom, Stakeholders and programme participants. All beneficiaries are means tested to ensure that training is provided to the right people.
